PCB Hosts Successful Connection Camp” to Strengthen Team Unity and Boost Performance

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) organized a “Connection Camp” on Monday, designed to enhance communication, teamwork, and overall performance within the national cricket team.

Salman Naseer, PCB’s Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the camp’s perfect timing amidst a busy cricket season, stating, “We have a packed schedule, and this was an ideal opportunity to sit down and address performance-related matters.”

White-ball coach Gary Kirsten praised the camp as a success, noting, “We discussed the importance of supporting one another, and I believe we’ve successfully achieved the purpose of this gathering.”

Red-ball coach Jason Gillespie echoed this sentiment, stressing the importance of building stronger connections within the team. “This was the perfect moment to come together and connect with each other,” Gillespie said.

The day-long session saw participation from eight top cricketers: Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Rizwan, Saim Ayub, Salman Ali Agha, Saud Shakeel, Shadab Khan, and Shan Masood.

The primary goal was to create a unified vision for Pakistan cricket, while reinforcing leadership roles among senior players to inspire the next generation both on and off the field.
