Trent Boult last T20 match

New Zealand seamer Trent Boult has announced that the ongoing T20 World Cup will be his final ICC tournament in the shortest format. Reflecting on his career, Boult fondly remembered his successful new-ball partnership with Tim Southee, highlighting their achievements across various formats. Trent Boult has been a cornerstone of New Zealand’s bowling attack across formats for over a decade. Since making his T20I debut in 2013, he has taken 81 wickets at an average of 21.79, including a couple of four-wicket hauls. Speaking to reporters after New Zealand’s win over Uganda in the 2024 T20 World Cup, Boult reflected on his long-standing partnership with Tim Southee, both on and off the field. He expressed his hope to continue bowling alongside Southee in Tests and ODIs, underscoring the strong friendship and professional bond they share.
